个人简介
康勇,发展新型癌症治疗策略。实际上同时,围绕功能性生物材料与组织再生,博士生导师,开展智能微纳药物、生物活性材料及生物医学工程技术研究。在抗肿瘤精准治疗领域,开展3D打印、静电纺丝等先进制造技术研究,包括异质结纳米药物、多功能药物递送系统、细菌/细胞仿生微纳机器人等,利用其主动导航、精准递送及免疫调控能力,实现对肿瘤微环境的精准干预,博士毕业于中国科滚球盘app软件手机版登录大学。主要围绕肿瘤诊疗与组织功能修复中的关键科学问题,滚球盘app软件手机版登录长聘副教授,开展多功能微纳米药物及仿生微纳机器人研究,开发用于颅脑损伤修复、神经再生、创面修复及组织工程的新型生物材料与智能医学器件。近5年以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Cell Biomaterials、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Device、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、The Innovation、Bioactive Materials、Materials Horizons、Advanced Science、Biomaterialsh因子32,所发表论文引用3000余次,等学术期刊发表论文40余篇,申请专利9项。入选天津市博士后创新岗位资助项目、滚球盘app软件手机版登录科技领军创新人才培育启明计划。主持滚球盘app软件手机版登录自然科学基金青年项目、博士后特别资助(站中)基金、博士后面上基金、滚球盘app软件手机版登录自主基金及多项企业横向合作课题等。担任Exploration、BMEMat、MedMat、Nano Materials Science、Innovative Medicines & Omics、Oncology and Translational Medicine等多个SCI期刊学术编辑、青年编委。
主要研究方向
实现肿瘤精准靶向、协同治疗及免疫调控;(1)基于异质结构、多功能纳米材料及智能响应体系的微纳米药物设计与构建,
(2)基于细菌、细胞等天然生物体系构建仿生微纳机器人,调控其趋化导航、组织定植及治疗功能。探索智能精准治疗新策略;
(3)开发面向消化道肿瘤、炎症性疾病及其他重大疾病的新型微纳递送与治疗平台;
(4)利用3D打印、静电纺丝等先进制造技术构建智能生物材料体系,包括组织工程支架、智能敷料及再生修复材料;
(5)研究功能性材料在颅脑损伤修复、神经再生、组织器官修复及疾病微环境调控中的应用机制。
